Food bus on Quebec’s roads

Perhaps you’ll encounter the Tablée des Chefs’ FOOD BUS, which has been on the road since June 2017! One of the organization’s missions is youth education, which it pursues through its cooking squads (Brigades Culinaires). Brigades Culinaires is a program based on basic cooking techniques and the principles of healthy eating. It is currently offered in 80 high schools across Quebec. Thanks to its new modified bus, the Tablée des Chefs hopes to connect with 200 schools by 2019. The FOOD BUS is touring Quebec high schools to make adolescents more aware of healthy diets and to help them develop culinary knowledge.
